These files are built for professional yard card production. Please read this entire page before sending files to print.

By completing your purchase, you agree that these digital files are licensed for your use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

By purchasing, downloading, or using these files, you agree to all terms outlined below.

1. What You Purchased

Your purchase includes:

  • Art File (Print File): High-resolution file designed for large-format printing
  • Cut File: Precision file used for contour cutting after print

All files are provided as-is and are intended for use with professional printing equipment.

2. File Access and Download Limits

Digital files are delivered instantly after purchase and are available for a limited number of downloads and time period.

  • Maximum of 3 downloads per purchase
  • Download access expires 14 days after purchase

It is your responsibility to download and securely store your files within this time frame.

If you lose your files after exceeding the download limit or after the access period has expired, you must provide proof of purchase and pay a $10 re-delivery fee to regain access.

3. How to Use Your Files

These files are designed to be sent directly to a professional printer.

To use your files:

  • Send files using USB, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or similar
  • Confirm your printer can handle large-format printing
  • Confirm your printer understands print and cut alignment

If your printer is not experienced with these file types, do not proceed.

4. Important Notes

  • We do not provide file editing, resizing, or customization
  • We do not provide printing assistance
  • Colors may vary between screens and printed output
  • Final print quality depends on your printer

All files are tested. Yard Card Planet is not responsible for cut misalignment, printing errors, or machine or operator issues.

5. File Responsibility

Once files are delivered:

  • You are fully responsible for all printing results
  • You are responsible for selecting a qualified printer
  • You assume all risks related to production

Any issues with printing must be resolved with your printer.

6. Usage License

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable license.

You may:

  • Use files for your own yard card business
  • Print and create physical yard card displays
  • Send files to a printer for your own production

7. Strict Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

  • Resell digital files in any format
  • Share, transfer, or distribute files to others
  • Upload files to any website, marketplace, or group
  • Sell printed sets, kits, or inventory to other yard card businesses
  • Use these files to supply or compete with other yard card companies
  • Modify files and resell them as your own designs
  • Include these designs in bundles, subscriptions, or memberships
  • No exceptions.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your license and may result in further action.

8. No Returns or Exchanges

All digital file sales are final.

  • No refunds
  • No exchanges
  • No cancellations

Access to files is provided immediately after purchase.

9. Printing & Production Disclaimer

Yard Card Planet is not responsible for:

  • Color differences between digital and printed products
  • Printer errors or equipment failures
  • Cut misalignment or production issues
  • Any costs related to printing mistakes

You are solely responsible for working with a qualified printer.

10. Limitation of Liability

Yard Card Planet shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use these files, including but not limited to loss of materials, time, or profits.

Use of these files is at your own risk.

11. Support Policy

We provide digital files only.

We do not provide:

  • File editing
  • Printer setup assistance
  • Technical troubleshooting

12. Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, or using these files, you confirm that:

  • You understand these terms
  • You agree to follow all usage restrictions
  • You accept full responsibility for production and use
