Refunds, Order Cancellation or Changes
Due to the custom nature of our business, and all products being printed on demand when orders are placed, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and no returns will be allowed once your order has begun processing unless incorrect or damaged items are delivered. If you need to request an order cancellation or if you need to make a change to your order, please do so IMMEDIATELY by emailing us at help@yardcardplanet.com. If production has begun on your order, unfortunately we will not be able to make any changes or cancel it. If you need to add more items to your order, but your order has already been processed, you will need to create a new order.

Returns
Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you received the wrong products or damaged items please see below.

Color Variations
Please note that product colors may appear different from screen to screen. Monitor settings, phone brightness, screen calibration, display type, lighting, and device color profiles can all affect how a color appears online. Because of these technical differences, we cannot guarantee that the color shown on your screen will match the printed product exactly.

For this reason, color differences are not considered a defect, damage, or incorrect item, and we do not accept returns, refunds, replacements, or order cancellations based on color appearing lighter, darker, brighter, duller, or slightly different than expected.

If exact color matching is important for your order, please review the product carefully before purchasing. You may also check the design on more than one device or contact us at with any color questions before placing your order. We are happy to help, but once your order has begun processing, all sales are final.


Wrong, Missing or Damaged Product Received
Please be sure to inspect your items and contact us with any issues within 2 DAYS of receiving your order. If you do not contact us within those first 2 days of receiving your order, unfortunately we can not process a replacement. Please email us right away at help@yardcardplanet.com and attach photos of the incorrect or damaged items as well as the shipping boxes it came in. Occasionally, the print company will ask to return the damaged items in question. Please note that bent edges are not considered damaged items. This may happen during shipping and can be easily fixed by placing something heavy such as a book on the edges of the item to flatten them back out.
