Refunds, Order Cancelation or Changes
Due to the custom nature of our business, and all products being printed on demand when orders are placed, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and no returns will be allowed once your order has begun processing unless incorrect or damaged items are delivered. If you need to request an order cancelation or if you need to make a change to your order, please do so IMMEDIATELY by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If production has begun on your order, unfortunately we will not be able to make any changes or cancel it. If you need to add more items to your order, but your order has already been processed, you will need to create a new order.
Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you received the wrong products or damaged items please see below.
Wrong, Missing or Damaged Product Received
Please be sure to inspect your items and contact us with any issues within 2 DAYS of receiving your order. If you do not contact us within those first 2 days of receiving your order, unfortunately we can not process a replacement. Please email us right away at email@example.com and attach photos of the incorrect or damaged items as well as the shipping boxes it came in. Occasionally, the print company will ask to return the damaged items in question. Please note that bent edges are not considered damaged items. This may happen during shipping and can be easily fixed by placing something heavy such as a book on the edges of the item to flatten them back out.
